Compensation:
$8,300 – $11,600+ per month, depending on your sales performance, customer service, and overall contribution to the team. No cap—top performers earn more.

About the Role:
GIC Car Clinic is a fast-growing, family-owned auto repair shop in San Jose. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who’s ready to grow with us. You’ll sell confidently, support your teammates, and be appreciated for the value you bring.

What You’ll Do:

• Recommend and sell services with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships through honest communication
• Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups efficiently
• Support shop flow by collaborating with techs and fellow advisors
• Ensure every customer feels valued, heard, and taken care of

• Experienced Automotive Service Advisor – Dealership or independent background
